Health and Safety Management

The number one concern to all at Lone Star LWD is the health and safety of all of our employees and visitors throughout all of our facilities.

All of the Directors and senior management team within Lone Star Leeds are absolutely committed to Health & Safety issues, and we have invested a considerable amount of time and money to ensure that our Health & Safety standards are second-to-none.

Our Health & Safety Manager is extremely well qualified within his field, and is invaluable in ensuring our Health & Safety ideals are met. His qualifications include :-

• CMIOSH (Chartered Member of the Institution of Safety & Health)
  
• MIIRSM (Member of the International Institute of Risk Safety Management)
• MILM (Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management)
• AIfL (Associate of the Institute for Learners - soon to be MIfL)

Copies of all of qualifications can be provided if required.

O.H.S.A.S 18001

Lone Star LWD have recently been accredited to Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series 18001 standard.

Our accreditation to OHSAS 18001:2007 proves our commitment to all aspects of Health and Safety, and we believe that we are one of only a few manufacturers of precision-machined components to have achieved this prestigious accreditation.
