LWD Aquired by Lonestar Fasteners

It was anounced on Monday that Texas based Lonestar Fasteners had completed the aquisition of LWD Precision Engineering Ltd.
The company will become part of a newly formed division - Lonestar Holdings UK which also includes Leeds based Lonestar Grange Ltd a manufacturer of industrial gaskets and precision engineered parts to the oil,gas,chemical and aerospace industries.
It is intended that LWD will be relocated to the Lonestar Grange premises by April this year.
